Phase 1:

We started with transforming the back yard of this 1940's home into a relaxing retreat for the homeowner.





The addition of the deck and pergola,

along with some landscaping,

 provides the perfect environment

to just kick back

with your favorite book

Phase II: Stucco

Exterior consisted of block and siding. Removing siding and applying a float textured stucco finish really brings it all together.

 



The uniformness of the stucco accentuates the rounded entrance.

  Phase 3: Paint



WOW! The colors chosen by the homeowner add a pleasant curb appeal.
