Exterior Renovation
We would like to take you through the stages of an exterior renovation we provided for a valued client.
| "I love the center photo - the rocking chair is so nostalgic." |
Phase 1:
We started with transforming the back yard of this 1940's home into a relaxing retreat for the homeowner.
along with some landscaping,
provides the perfect environment
to just kick back
with your favorite book
and
RELAX!
Phase II: Stucco
Exterior consisted of block and siding. Removing siding and applying a float textured stucco finish really brings it all together.
| The uniformness of the stucco accentuates the rounded entrance. |
WOW! The colors chosen by the homeowner add a pleasant curb appeal.

Lighthouse Aloft!
When you live in an area where the weather is sunny 80% of the time, you certainly would want to enjoy it as often as you can. Decks and screen rooms allow for you to do so by elimating some of the harsher elements that come with our warm weather- Insects, UV Rays, etc. This 2nd floor screened in deck allows the homeowner an even greater access to enjoy fantastic view they have of the Ponce Inlet Lighthouse. How mesmerizing and relaxing can that get!
